Hair should shampoo between every one to two weeks; the minimum is one week. Use SULFATE-FREE products. Wash in downward motion. Let the water work for you...! Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Apply conditioner and use a paddle brush or wide tooth comb to gently come the conditioner through the hair. For best results, rinse thoroughly and let hair AIR DRY!
